About the position The Accounts Receivable/Administrative Assistant role at the Better Business Bureau of New Hampshire is a part-time position focused on managing accounts receivable tasks while also providing administrative support to the President. Responsibilities • Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely processing and maintaining detailed records of all transactions. , • Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments, issuing reminders and coordinating collections. , • Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently. , • Prepare financial reports on aging accounts, payment trends, and outstanding balances for management insights. , • Manage the President's emails, ensuring timely communication and handling confidential information with discretion. , • Organize the President's calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel plans without conflicts. , • Assist in event planning and coordination, including booking venues and managing logistics. , • Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, handling follow-ups after meetings. Requirements • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar role. , • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Administrative Assistant role. , • Strong MS Office skills including Excel and Outlook. , • Demonstrates accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. , • Ability to maintain confidentiality. , • Self-motivated individual with a positive demeanor and strong communication skills. , • Strong organization, time management, and record-keeping skills.
