Licensed Claims Adjuster
Description: Cover Genius is a Series E insurtech that protects the global customers of the worlds largest digital companies including Booking Holdings, Intuit, Uber, and more. As a Logistics Claims Adjuster on our Customer Team, you will own the assessment and settlement of claims within your own settlement authority. Regular collaboration with the Support team, as well as the Content and Complaints team, will be key in ensuring that agreed SLAs and NPS are achieved. Requirements: 2-4 years of claims adjusting experience, ideally handling auto claims. Must have active claims adjusting license(s) or the ability to quickly obtain licenses in applicable states Enhancing systems and processes and feedback loops Experience fostering and developing key relationships with both external and internal stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable Benefits: Flexible PTO.
