Job Title We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Online Nursing Instructor specializing in Medical Surgery. Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging online lectures, presentations, and course materials on medical-surgical nursing topics. Facilitate interactive online discussions, case studies, and simulations to enhance student learning and critical thinking skills. Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments, assessments, and discussions. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and active participation. Stay updated with the latest developments in medical-surgical nursing practice. Collaborate with other faculty members to develop curriculum content. Maintain accurate student records. Provide guidance and support to students regarding their academic and career goals. Qualifications Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the relevant jurisdiction. A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is required. Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing. Prior experience in teaching nursing students in an online setting is desirable. Strong knowledge and expertise in medical-surgical nursing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using educational technologies. Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students. Strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethical conduct.
