The General Manager (GM) will own and manage state and partner-level P&L for multiple states, focusing on improving healthcare delivery for people living with kidney disease. In Short Own and manage P&L for multiple states. Engage with stakeholders to drive strategic execution. Track performance and identify improvement opportunities. Establish relationships with healthcare providers. Launch new products in the market. Implement strategies for value-based care. Cultivate a culture of high performance and collaboration. Prepare effective presentation materials for meetings. Requirements Bachelors degree in business or equivalent experience. 8+ years in multi-site healthcare services. 5 years in leadership roles. Experience in Value Based Care. Strong relationship and communication skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity. Proficient in establishing KPIs. Commitment to confidentiality.
