Job description: About the Role As a member of our dynamic operations team, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality experience and that our nightly logistics flow smoothly. In this role, you will... • Quality check customer orders to ensure all orders are up to Rinse’s cleaning standards • Physically move and monitor inventory between our cleaning partners, truck, and valet vehicles while assuring that all orders are accurately tracked throughout the warehousing and delivery process • Drive a Rinse provided 16' box truck between our cleaning partners and load out location(s) in the Greater Boston Area • Collaborate with a small team effectively and harmoniously to troubleshoot customer issues and logistics challenges • Provide support to our Valets and manage evening dispatch from a remote dispatch location within our truck • Be Rinse Boston’s primary point of contact on daily metrics, issues, status updates, reports, or requests for resources As the ideal candidate, you... • Breathe our core values of "Taking Ownership," "Respect," "Honesty," and working to "Delight and Amaze Our Customers" • Work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and have strong attention to detail • Communicate with teammates clearly and effectively, and are able to think on your feet and problem solve multiple issues while maintaining attention to detail under pressure • Have 2 years relevant work experience or a High School Diploma or College Degree (College Degree Preferred) • Are comfortable working on your feet for long durations, and lifting loads averaging 30lbs (up to 50lbs) • Are comfortable driving or willing to learn to drive a Rinse provided 16' box truck and operate a lift gate on a daily basis • Proficient in Google Docs and iOS devices • Full Time: Are available for a consistent 30+ hour schedule including regularly scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts (4:00pm - midnight) Part Time: Are available a minimum of 3 days per week for a consistent 20-30 hour schedule including regularly scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts (4:00pm - midnight) You’ll Love Working at Rinse Because… • We have built a high-caliber team and have a tight-knit, collaborative work environment that values honesty and open communication • You will take pride in creating interesting and impactful work at a promising startup • We offer daily opportunities to make an impact on our growing organization, and develop your professional tool-kit • We offer competitive compensation in addition to great benefits, including snacks and Rinse credit towards Wash and Fold / Dry cleaning! • Our operation team is always on the move!
