This position is integral to ensuring a smooth finalization process and enhancing our outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities Conduct client meetings at case closure to finalize necessary documentation and gather valuable feedback on their experiences. Actively represent our firm at various company-sponsored events, including client appreciation and community outreach activities. Provide support to the front office coordinator as required. Engage with clients on a daily basis, delivering impactful and meaningful outreach. Occasionally travel to remote offices to facilitate disbursal processes. Required Skills A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service roles. A strong commitment to community outreach and the ability to connect with diverse individuals effortlessly. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and record-keeping capabilities. Proficient with technology and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A vibrant personality that fosters effective communication and relationship-building. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check necessary for obtaining a North Carolina notary license within 60 days of employment.
