Remote Customer Support at D4 -BASE

Monroe Christian School in Apex, NC is looking for one remote customer support to join our team. We are located on 2333 Tiltonshire Ln. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged. Benefits • We offer many great benefits, including free early access to your pay through Homebase. • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency. • Document customer interactions and update support tickets in the CRM system. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed. • Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management. • Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services. • Stay up-to-date with company offerings, policies, and procedures. Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer support, help desk, or a related field. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot). • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting. • A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset. • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed. Preferred Skills: • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech support. • Multilingual abilities (a plus). • Familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical issues. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
