Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives, while continually enhancing the user experience. Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives and user requirements. Conduct thorough market research to identify customer demands, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Partner closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and stakeholders to formulate and prioritize product roadmaps. Draft clear, concise product requirements and user stories, ensuring effective communication across all teams. Manage the product development lifecycle to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. Develop and implement product launch strategies in conjunction with marketing, sales, and customer support teams. Monitor product performance and analyze metrics to inform decision-making. Collect and integrate feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously enhance features and functionality. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends that can advance product development. Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Required Skills Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or in a related role with a focus on digital product development. In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel). Effective leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Exceptional communication abilities, adept at conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences. Experience with user-centered design principles and practices.
