Registered Nurse for Senior Home Care, case management w/ Flexible schedule

Responsibilities Conduct Weekly and Bi-Weekly visits to Clients In person home visits as needed within 2hr time period New clients assessments in a timely manor Maintain accurate and current care plans Coordinate Client needs with their PCP as needed Provide counsel and guidance to family members on managing conditions Requirements: Active RN License in Virginia or a compact state Driver's License and vehicle Current CPR One year in home care experience preferred Apply Job!
