Must Haves: • Use of Linkedin Recruiter/Indeed etc. • Experience sourcing for engineering and technical skills • Full life cycle recruiting • Multi-site experience • Able to manage multi requisitions at a time (20-25+) • Experience with Excel and Outlook • Strong Negotiation skills • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Management with a minimum of 4 years of experience or a minimum of 8 years' experience in lieu of degree Nice to Haves: • Experience recruiting in Aerospace and defense industries • 2 yr or 4 year degree, preferred but not required Job Description: • Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, sourcing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting and negotiating job offers to candidates • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire • Pre-screen potential candidates for full-time employee openings; assess candidates' qualifications and culture fit through behavioral-based interviews and competency-based evaluations; interview prospective candidates on a consistent set of qualifications and educate candidates on the company; submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers • Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partner • Uphold legal requirements and company hiring policies, coaching and guiding managers accordingly • Proactive tracking of progress and all work in the applicant tracking system to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent area with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience Preferred Additional Skills: • Experience in Engineering or IT recruiting • Exercised effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills • Experience working in a team-oriented, customer service environment • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers Please see our website for more job openings: https://altimetersolutions.com/altimeter-solutions-job-board/ Apply Job!
