Document customer interactions with accuracy. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong typing and computer navigation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Self-discipline and the ability to work independently. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
