Required Skills Strong organizational capabilities with a knack for managing multiple responsibilities and adapting to evolving student requirements. Exceptional communication skills, enabling clear and effective explanations of complex concepts. A proactive, student-centric teaching philosophy that emphasizes ongoing improvement and adaptation. Qualifications A Bachelors degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a closely related discipline. A state-endorsed ESL certification from Ohio. A minimum of two years of ESL teaching experience, with a preference for candidates who have experience in a remote educational setting.
