Job Title: Product Owner / Project Manager Location: Hybrid (Preferably Chicago, IL, but open to candidates in PA)/ Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Eligibility: Candidates with unrestricted work authorization only. Summary: The Product/Platform Owner will lead the development and delivery of innovative solutions aimed at reducing medical costs. Responsibilities include defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, collaborating with development teams, optimizing product performance, and engaging with diverse stakeholders. The role involves creating a client rollout roadmap, delivering presentations, and using data insights to inform product decisions. Key Responsibilities: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Manage and prioritize the product backlog. Ensure timely and budget-compliant product delivery. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, and present to clients. Use data analysis to guide product improvements. Skills and Qualifications: 3-5 years in product ownership or similar roles. Proven success in delivering complex products. Proficient in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools. Strong communication, critical thinking, and data analysis skills.
