Position Overview: AGCO Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Online Chat Support Specialist to join our customer service team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers via live chat, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance. Key Responsibilities: • Promptly respond to customer inquiries through live chat with professionalism and accuracy. • Provide clear and concise information about AGCO’s products, services, and solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining empathy. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service. • Log and document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality. • Collaborate with team members to stay updated on product changes and company policies. Qualifications: • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in online chat or similar roles. • Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. • Familiarity with chat platforms and customer service tools. • Knowledge of agricultural equipment or a willingness to learn is advantageous. • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if required.
