About the Role & Program Lucasfilm's Studio Talent Group brings together the most talented and experienced artists, producers, engineers and managers in the entertainment industry to help employees reach their full potential. Working with ILMs global talent base in San Francisco, London, Vancouver, Sydney and Mumbai, our STG instructors are some of the industry's brightest creative and technical talents, who work with Oscar-winners, world-class artists, designers, and engineers. If selected, you will also take direction from the Senior Manager of Learning and Development, as well as the Director of Talent Development.
What You Will Do
The Studio Talent Group (STG) intern will focus on general administrative and support duties for the department. You will work closely with the STG team, specifically with our counterparts on the West Coast in San Francisco and Vancouver. On any given day you might: Schedule STG events and courses Track course and event attendance Support the creation of presentation content Update the STG website Organize digital files and materials Required Qualifications and Skills: Please apply if you have/are: Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. A proactive worker with strong follow through Interest in filmmaking and the entertainment industry Curiosity about Learning and Development. Excellent interpersonal and social skills and capability to interact well with diverse personalities Education Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Film, Art, Theatre, Communications or related field Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program. Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization Additional Information Must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship The approximate dates of this internship are early June 2025- August 2025 Must provide own housing and reliable transportation during the internship in the San Francisco, CA area The pay rate for this role in CA is $22.00 per hour.
