Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Support Specialist to join the Flipkart team.   • Provide administrative and operational support to the back-office team.

  • Handle order processing, data entry, inventory management, and order tracking.

•

  • Resolve customer issues related to back-office operations, including returns, refunds, and order status.

•

  • Ensure timely processing and updating of customer data, including address details and payment information.

•

  • Collaborate with different teams to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency.

•

  • Prepare reports and documents as requested by senior management.

•

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving internal operational issues.

•

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding customer information and operations.

•

  • Monitor and ensure that service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Previous experience in back-office support, data entry, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.

  • Experience in the e-commerce or customer service sector is a plus.

  • Freshers or individuals with limited experience who are eager to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

• Working Hours: •

  • This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours.

  • Must be available to work during core business hours, typically between 9 AM and 6 PM (Indian Standard Time).
