Remote Evening Floater Teachers | WFH

Job Overview Join our dedicated team of educators as an Evening Teacher/Floater, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of young children in our community. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement engaging, hands-on learning activities that align with our curriculum and educational standards. • Support children in achieving developmental milestones and assist with remote learning or schoolwork as needed. • Maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both children and their families. • Conduct observations and facilitate open communication with families and colleagues. • Ensure active supervision and engagement with children at all times. • As a floater, be prepared to adapt to different classrooms and provide support across various areas. • After 6:00 PM, focus on maintaining a clean and organized environment. Required Skills • Understanding of child development and early learning principles. • Effective communication and customer service skills. • Basic proficiency in computer usage. • Strong time-management capabilities. Qualifications • Previous experience interacting with children in a teaching, instructing, or caregiving capacity is preferred. • Experience in early childhood education or childcare settings is advantageous. • Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning. • Knowledge of positive discipline methodologies. • Flexibility in scheduling availability is essential.
