Jr. Business Development/Project Management Specialist

We are recruiting a self driven Junior Business Development/Project Management Specialist for a growing international client in the Machinery Manufacturing/Injection Molding industry. This position has a strong Project Management and Process Improvement focus, involving responsibilities such as identifying new business opportunities, market research, leads qualification, putting together sales, marketing and business strategies, client outreach, building relationships with potential and existing customers to increase company sales, contracts negotiation, working in close partnership with the sales and marketing teams in implementing different business strategic initiatives. This position requires the following qualifications: • A college degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is highly preferred • 3-7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing areas, preferably in the Injection Molding industry • Project management experience, developing and executing strategic business development plans • Customer relations experience building trustful rapport and interactions with clients • Proficiency in CRM (customer relations management) software and data analysis tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities • Process optimization, and problem-solving skills • Proven sales and negotiation skills to close deals effectively • Creative and innovative skills • Self driven mindset with the ability to work independently Apply Job!
