In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities • Greet clients and answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. • Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about services and policies. • Assist clients in completing forms and documentation related to insurance or tax matters. • Maintain client records by accurately inputting and updating information in the database. • Resolve client concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate team member for resolution. • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the office team. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus. • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • A positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
