Flexible Hours Client Experience Manager for Marketing and Consulting Firm

Hedge Funds About the Role: We’re looking for 1 to 2 highly organized, intellectually curious individuals to support a variety of projects, including research, writing, and client coordination. This role combines creativity and critical thinking, with opportunities to work on strategic tasks like creating training manuals, drafting business plans, managing marketing campaigns, and concierge-like communications with our clients. While the role primarily focuses on research and writing, confidence in client-facing tasks is a necessity. This role is not for someone who: • Needs a lot of instructions and direction to understand what their task is • Is not very comfortable learning new technology • Prefers more high-level, strategic thinking rather than the actual implementation work • Is someone who prefers not to speak up in meetings unless called on, and even then needs a lot of preparation in advance to say something What You’ll Do: • Conduct research and create high-quality written materials, such as project outlines, and instructional documents. • Collaborate with internal team members to manage tasks and ensure projects stay on track. • Write clear instructions to our designers and coders, to ensure alignment with project goals. • Occasionally engage with clients via email or in meetings, presenting ideas or gathering feedback. • Support strategy development by providing insights and recommendations based on research findings. What We’re Looking For: • A fast learner with strong writing skills and a knack for organizing complex information. • Someone who enjoys intellectual challenges and thrives in a fast-paced, varied role. • Confidence in speaking up in meetings or client interactions (even if it’s not frequent). • A background in humanities or similar fields is a plus, but not required. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Work structure: • This role is available for both part-time and full time • To quality for full-time, you will slowly add to your client list from us, one client at a time, as we see your quality of work • The schedule is flexible, as long as you don't start before 7am PST or go past 5pm PST, and you can have multiple schedules for various days of the week, ie.
