Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to handle high volume of calls Strong problem-solving skills Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Provide information about products and services Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Follow up on customer calls when necessary Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport
