Online Business Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Online Business Manager to help implement business activities and provide general administrative support. This role is perfect for someone with exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and technical expertise in High Level (Go High Level). If you’re skilled in email automation, project management tools, and love working with a variety of tasks, we want to hear from you! Bonus points if you have a flair for graphic design and thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. What You’ll Do • Assist in managing business operations and streamlining workflows. • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, task coordination, and client communication. • Oversee email automation and CRM management (High Level expertise required). • Manage social media scheduling and assist with content creation and posting. • Coordinate project timelines in tools like Asana and streamline automations in Zapier. • Monitor payment processing and financial workflows using Stripe. • Handle day-to-day operations with a focus on organization and efficiency. What We’re Looking For • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Self-starter with a strong work ethic who takes initiative and ownership of tasks. • High Level (Go High Level) expertise is required. • Familiarity with Asana, Zapier, Stripe, Zoom, Airtable and social media platforms is a plus. • Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks. • Experience with graphic design is a bonus but not required. • US-based applicants only, with CST availability preferred.
