Key Responsibilities • Calendar & Meeting Management: Maintain organized schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure punctuality. • Email Management: Oversee the inbox, respond to messages, and uphold clarity and professionalism in communication. • Outreach & Coordination: Support outreach initiatives to potential clients and partners, manage follow-ups, and ensure effective communication. • Project & Task Management: Utilize organizational tools like ClickUp or Notion to oversee projects and meet deadlines. • Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client and vendor interactions, facilitating calls and ensuring clear communication. • Research & Sourcing: Conduct research on prospective leads or vendors, producing well-organized summaries and reports. • Provide Updates and Training via Videos: Use tools like Loom to create updates and walkthroughs, ensuring stakeholders remain informed—comfort on camera is essential! Required Skills • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly via email, phone, and other platforms. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment. • A curious mindset, eager to explore new subjects and learn continuously. • Familiarity with marketing tools such as website builders, Google Analytics, and basic design software like Canva is advantageous. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently with minimal supervision. • Proficient in technology and quick to adapt to new tools; experience with Slack, ClickUp, and Loom is a plus. Qualifications • Previous remote work experience is essential, demonstrating independence and productivity in a virtual setting. • Background in an assistant role or similar position is preferred, though we welcome fast learners with a passion for growth.
