Record Management: Organize and maintain digital records and documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information as needed. Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including reservations, customer service, and management, to ensure seamless exchange of information and efficient workflow. Documentation: Prepare and organize documentation related to bookings, reservations, contracts, and client communications in accordance with company policies and procedures.
