Job: Full time Monday to Friday Pay Range: $25.60 - $35.00 hourly PITTSBURGH, PA THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location: Pittsburgh, PA Responsibilities • Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company databases and systems. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and helpful assistance. • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary. • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality by following company policies and protocols. • Collaborate with other departments to streamline customer service and data entry processes. • Prepare reports based on collected data and customer feedback. • Assist in creating and updating process documentation. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Proven experience in data entry and/or customer service roles. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software. • Strong typing skills with high accuracy. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Customer-focused with a positive and empathetic demeanor.
