Admin/Customer Service The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles and customer service. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Office Schedule: Monday through Friday 8-5 Office Admin Pay: $17-18/hr Office Duties: - Manage the day-to-day operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries - Provide support to our team, including scheduling, maintaining records, data entry and performing other administrative tasks as required. - Client calls and account management - Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Use Microsoft Office to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed. - Proofread documents and materials to ensure accuracy and professionalism. - Perform other administrative duties as required. Office Skills: - Strong administrative and customer service background - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Experience as a sales support or in a similar customer service role - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficient in phone systems and front desk operations - Excellent proofreading skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy This may not include all the requirements of the job.
