Key Responsibilities

As An HR Coordinator, Your Primary Duties Will Include • Managing employee relations and addressing concerns with thorough investigations as necessary. • Staying current with legal requirements related to employee management, ensuring compliance with regulations. • Providing guidance on performance management, including coaching for leaders and supporting career development efforts. • Collaborating with management and staff to enhance workplace relationships, morale, and productivity. • Offering interpretation and advice on HR policies. • Developing and managing contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers. • Assisting with workforce planning, restructuring initiatives, and succession planning. • Identifying training needs and recommending executive coaching to optimize team performance. • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and implementing adjustments as needed. • Maintaining the HRIS database and preparing regular and customized reports. Required Skills Qualified candidates will possess: • Expertise in employee relations and HR policies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including report writing and presentations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

The successful applicant will have: • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector. • Proven knowledge of employee relations, HRIS systems, HR policies, workforce planning, and employee engagement. • High integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
