Remote Video Production Specialist

We are currently in search of a Video Production Specialist to create compelling video content that promotes education and enhances brand visibility. Your creative insights and adept storytelling abilities will be essential in producing videos that connect with individuals facing communication challenges, their families, and speech-language pathologists. Reporting directly to the Content Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting educational and marketing video content that inspires and educates. Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee the complete video production process, from conceptualization to final edits. • Coordinate and execute on-site video shoots, which may involve local and long-distance travel as needed. • Prepare video subjects for filming to ensure they are comfortable and engaged. • Assist in the development of scripts and provide suggestions for production enhancements, including equipment and software. • Organize and manage all video files and raw footage. • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to assess content requirements. • Guarantee that all video content aligns with brand standards and supports broader organizational goals. • Bring innovative and creative insights across various video formats, such as interviews, instructional guides, and product demonstrations. • Work alongside different departments and subject matter experts to ensure video content aligns with company initiatives. Required Skills • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator); animation skills are advantageous. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable collaborating with teams and working independently. • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. • Creative storytelling skills and a keen eye for producing engaging, on-brand content. • Familiarity with design standards and best practices; experience with Canva is a plus. Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of experience in video or film production as an editor. • A Bachelor's degree in videography or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred. • A self-motivated, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and refine content strategies.
