Job Description
As a WFM Data Entry Specialist at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in our Workforce Management (WFM) team. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately input and maintain data relevant to workforce planning and optimization. The success of our operations hinges on precise data management, and we are looking for detail-oriented individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to gather, validate, and enter data related to employee schedules, attendance, and performance metrics. You will ensure that all data entries are accurate and up-to-date, contributing to better decision-making processes within the organization. You will also be tasked with generating and maintaining reports that help the team identify trends and areas for improvement. In addition to your data entry responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other team members on projects aimed at enhancing our workforce efficiency. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with workforce management concepts or tools is a plus.
