This full-time role requires professional services or legal billing experience and involves full-charge client billing. The Billing Specialist, reporting to the Billing Manager, will provide high-quality service to personnel, clients, and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Job Details Key Responsibilities Reviewing client contracts and setting up cases upon activation Generating routine, electronic, and complex client invoices Tracking and reporting on various assignments Data entry, editing, and customization of invoices based on contract terms Analyzing and reporting on WIP (Work in Progress) Providing support to other billing staff as needed
Qualifications
To Be Considered For The Role 5+ years in full-charge billing for large professional service or law firms (500+ attorneys) Experience with Elite 3E, BillBlast, or Workday Must live in PST or CST time zones Bachelor's degree preferred E-billing experience (E-Billing HUB), bankruptcy experience, or international multi-currency billing is a plus Interested in hearing more?
