THE ROLE: Engineer, Managed Services Job Summary: As a Presidio Engineer, you will support the Managed Services Contact Center customers. The primary activities include application development, troubleshooting, moves, adds, changes, scripting, patching, and customer technical support. This role will follow the evening shift - 9:00 pm ET to 5:00 am ET. Travel Requirements: This will be a remote role (within the Continental US). In this role you will be expected to travel up to 10%. Job Responsibilities: Perform minor SR upgrades of Contact Center solutions. Perform minor script alterations on call routing and prompting. Adhere to best practices defined by Cisco, Amazon, Twilio and Presidio. Troubleshoot and make administrative changes to customers contact center environments as required Remain up to date on newly released versions of Cisco and 3rd party contact center products Stay up to date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services Maintain current certifications and obtain new contact center certifications as they become available. Required Skills: Strong problem-solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action.
