Position Title: Junior Bookkeeper Responsibilities: Assist other bookkeepers with current clients Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis Produce monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and projections Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate financial records Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Suite proficiently Requirements: 5 years or more of bookkeeping experience 4 years of QuickBooks experience 2 years of governmental accounting experience 2 years of payroll experience Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite HR background is helpful (but not mandatory) Certification is a plus, but not a requirement Opportunity for Growth: After a successful 3-month contract period, the Junior Bookkeeper will have the opportunity to become a payroll employee. Additionally, there is potential for a promotion to the position of Senior Bookkeeper.
