Online Sales Representative - Full Time
Hey Everyone I'm HIRING! Im looking for a sales professional who wants to lock arms with my fast growing business! We specialise in helping students improve their GCSE Maths, Science & English grades allowing them to change their destinies and choose any university and career pathway they put their mind to. And Im hiring because we are growing faster than I can currently handle. In the past 2 years - the company revenue growth has increased by over *4X* - and the company mission and vision is to change THOUSANDS of students' lives by the end of 2024. The company goal is to help 2,000 students by the end of 2024 and with the right personnel on board we will be on track to do this. So Im looking for someone who wants to be a part of this fast growing mission, business & culture. WHO IM LOOKING FOR: - Someone who is available on evenings and/or weekends as calls are only taken at those times - Pay starts at £1800 per month for 15 hours worked per week (the more hours you work the higher the pay will be) - As this is a sales role, we do expect a minimum of a 50% show up rate so the amount of hours you make available will not be the total hours worked, it will be a minimum of 50%. - Previous sales experience over the phone or via a video platform - The ability to take sales calls on zoom with UK families - Growth oriented attitude - Team player who loves to win big & have fun - Loves creating impact - Well organised and efficient with their time - Is coachable and takes direction well - Is friendly and personable WHAT THIS ROLE INCLUDES: - Must be able to work from home - This will start as a part time position and move to a full time one when performance metrics are hit (and if the individual would like to increase their hours) - Commissions + bonuses - Flexible hours (possible times: 4-9pm weekdays or 9am-9pm weekends) - Potential to take a leadership role as you progress - A progression to a full time role can be done based on performance and hitting KPIs HOW TO APPLY TODAY: Click this link and apply through there. https://smartaeducation.co.uk/sales-job-post ?
