Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UPS with Remote Power Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS systems with remote power control features. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their power systems are reliable, efficient, and capable of remote management.
Responsibilities
Install and configure UPS systems with remote power control capabilities for clients. Monitor and maintain UPS systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UPS systems and remote power control. Provide remote technical support and assistance to clients as needed. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement improvements to UPS systems. Create and maintain detailed documentation of UPS system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in UPS technology and remote power control solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience working with UPS systems and remote power control technologies. Strong understanding of electrical systems and power distribution. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using remote management software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications in UPS systems or related technologies are a plus.
