We, at Turing, are looking for experienced remote Elixir developers who can build distributed and fault-tolerant applications. Key responsibilities - Experiment with upcoming trends in designs & codes - Create high-quality technical documentation - Design, build and maintain applications in Elixir - Ensure application scalability, simplicity, and maintainability - Lead and support design and development decisions. - Test, analyze, and debug software applications Basic Requirements - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT (or equivalent experience) - 3+ years of experience working with Elixir (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers) - Proficiency in technologies like Elixir, Erlang, Phoenix, among others - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience in building and implementing RESTful APIs - Capable of documenting design changes into databases - Experience working with database technologies like SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc. - Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones - Fluency in English to communicate effectively with engineering leaders About Turing.com Turing’s mission is to unleash the world’s untapped human potential.
