As A Customer Support Representative You Will: Educate and provide accurate information directly to consumers regarding purchase orders, product offerings, changes in service, or impending sales promotions Develop and serve as the direct point of contact for our clients customers to answer any additional questions and find an effective solution Support our sales professionals in assisting customers, overturning objections, exceeding expectations, and closing out sales Maintain detailed customer account information including address, contact information, and billing Provide exceptional customer service by upholding our standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner Collaborate with fellow Customer Support Representative team members to improve customer satisfaction and enhance sales profits for our clients What We Look For From Our Customer Support Representative: A high school diploma or equivalent is required An eagerness to learn and improve upon existing skill sets in customer service and/or sales An outgoing personality and the natural ability to connect with customers, clients, and other team members within the Customer Support Representative team A self-starter with a competitive spirit to accomplish set targets and drive our clients growth forward Natural composure and an infectious attitude towards arising issues with the ability to adapt quickly and develop practical solutions with minimal supervision Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road Apply Job!
