Customer Service Representative (CSR) WAH - 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm shifts available!
Position summary We seek applicants who are positive, professional, and able to move from one call to another while making the caller feel as if s/he is the most important caller of the day.
Qualifications
You are required to have:
- A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service related field
- An understanding of excellent customer care concepts
- Proficiency with computer skills (internet browser, email, ability to learn new software)
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Ability to handle private and confidential information
- A work ethic that demonstrates dependability
- Ability to be thorough and complete in tasks
Additional preferred qualifications:
- Work experience in a call center
- Good conflict resolution skills
Schedule We currently have the following full-time shifts available:
- Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
- Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
Location This is a work from home position.
