Job Overview: We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Analytics and Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a versatile professional capable of handling multiple tasks, like data analysis, OFT creation and support, and the development of automation processes. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be eager to innovate, and possess a passion for leveraging data and technology to drive efficiency and strategic insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with creating and managing Outlook File Templates (OFTs).
- Develop and implement automation solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks and enhance team efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven initiatives.
- Document processes and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and process transparency.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for process optimization.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics, work automation, oft creation and related fields.
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or related fields.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI) and strong analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, VBA script).
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
