Role Overview As a Virtual Benefits Representative, you will drive revenue growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities • Client Engagement: Connect with warm leads to identify and assess client needs. • Product Presentation: Present products and services via phone, email, and virtual meetings. • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing business. • Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success. • Collaboration: Work with the team and management to refine sales strategies. • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
