The Opportunity: We are seeking an entry-level Data Entry Operator to work remotely for our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working with data. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our database by entering and updating customer and account information. Your input will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our services. Job Responsibilities: Prepare and sort documents for data entry into the database Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation Comply with data integrity and security policies Desired Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent experience Proven data entry work experience would be a plus Familiarity with MS Office and data programs Typing speed and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Nice-to-haves: Experience with administrative tasks Experience in a remote working environment Basic understanding of databases Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Apply Job!
