Your daily tasks will include: Solving complex fraud cases using cutting-edge investigation tools Analyzing digital footprints to separate legitimate transactions from fraudulent ones Collaborating with an elite fraud prevention team Staying one step ahead of emerging fraud trends Making the gaming world safer for everyone You're our ideal candidate if you have: A detective's eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving At least 1 year of customer service experience in an interactive environment 1+ year of technical support experience that proves you speak 'tech' Gaming knowledge that shows you understand the player's world (Active League of Legends or VALORANT players, we're looking at you!)
