Loss Prevention Remote Associate (Night Shift 12 Am - 8 Am)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • · Assess, prioritize, and respond to incoming calls (theft, incidents, alarms) • · Serves as first contact LP support to store leadership for matters related to LP • · Actively engage in ongoing forensic video review to identify deviation from expectations related to shrink (internal, external, process) • · Develop and conduct investigations leveraging all available business resources • · Liaison with local, state, and federal LE in support of investigative needs • · Supports cross functional teams within the company around investigative needs • o Firearms Compliance • o HR • o Operations • · Required to maintain detailed records of daily activities by location, activity type, and outcome • · Conducts structured remote audits within assigned areas to support and enhance store operations • · All other duties as assigned Qualifications: • · Excellent verbal and written communication skills • · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • · Ability to provide direction and make sound decisions in elevated stress situations • · Ability to multitask • · Ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner • · Knowledge of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and Microsoft Office • · Meticulous attention to detail • · Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality Education/Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent required • A minimum of 1 year Loss Prevention or Security experience preferred Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.
