Key Responsibilities • Accurately input data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent stream of images. • Identify and categorize documents based on the provided documentation. • Ensure entered data meets or surpasses established quality standards. • Uphold the confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Collaborate professionally with team members as necessary. • Propose enhancements to optimize job processes. • Complete all daily tasks effectively. • Undertake additional basic office duties as assigned. Required Skills • Highly self-motivated with a robust work ethic. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure. • Exceptional attention to detail and focus. • Quick learner capable of following a variety of instructions. • Dedication to maintaining the confidentiality of client data. • Proficient in both reading and speaking English. • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with 95% accuracy or 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation
