Project Manager IWMS Planon

Project Manager. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a pivotal software delivery project on behalf of a prestigious client in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an exciting Estates Management/Facilities Management software implementation (Planon). Project Overview: You will be responsible for the end to end full project lifecycle of delivering the Estates Management/Facility Management Planon software, incorporating many functions related to Estates/Facilities Management including workplace management and space planning for example. . Key Responsibilities: • Whole Project Management lifecycle of Planon IWMS Estates Management/Facility Management Software delivery. • Manage the integration of existing systems, applications and multiple databases data migration into a single source of truth. • Lead and manage supplier relationships and ensure effective stakeholder engagement. • Win the hearts and minds of stakeholders and ensure their active... participation in change processes. • Oversee the modification of the operating model and processes to ensure a smooth data migration and software implementation. • Ensure seamless people and process changes are in place. Skills and Experience Required: • Proven experience in Project Management, especially in software implementation and delivery. • Strong knowledge of Estates/Facilities Management Software (experience with PlanOn/IWMS is essential). • Strong experience in managing Software delivery projects workstreams such as Data Migration, implementation and People/Change. • Expertise in supplier management, stakeholder engagement and change management. • A collaborative, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills. • Experience in NHS, Higher Education, Central Government, or Public Sector environments.
