Key Responsibilities • Input large volumes of data from diverse sources into our company database with accuracy. • Ensure timely processing of claims and applications by accurately entering all necessary data. • Enter customer and account information into the relevant fields within the database software. • Identify and rectify errors using established quality control procedures. • Review data for inconsistencies and seek additional information for incomplete records. • Alert the appropriate department leadership if there are issues with data acceptance in the system. • Maintain a daily log of production to document all time and work accurately. • Execute other duties as assigned by management. Required Skills • Strong communication abilities with a diverse range of individuals. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure a high degree of accuracy. • Capability to work autonomously and meet deadlines consistently. • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Experience in data entry or related office roles is preferred.
