Receptionist - Customer Service Rep

A local Alarm and Security Systems company for both In-Home and In-Office security is interested in hiring a Receptionist for their onsite location in Damascus Oregon. Description... • Manage High Volume Calls • Identify customers needs to achieve satisfaction • Schedule customers for install and service appointments with multiple technicians • Walk customers through technical issues by phone (this will be trained ) • Build Relationships with customers • Process account cancellations • Accuracy with data entry Skills & Qualifications: • 3 plus years of Office Experience • 3 plus years of Customer Service About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
