Key Responsibilities • Conduct weekly check-ins to motivate and support students. • Tailor learning opportunities and resources to suit diverse student needs. • Maintain regular communication with parents, providing guidance and updates. • Facilitate both large and small group lessons, creating an engaging learning atmosphere. • Mentor students in specific subjects and offer tutoring assistance. • Identify and support at-risk students by coordinating appropriate interventions. • Collaborate with fellow educators to exchange insights and strategies for success. Required Skills • Current teaching certification. • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities. • Strong belief in individualized learning approaches, demonstrating a commitment to student success. • Friendly, organized, and patient disposition with a positive outlook. • Proficient with Google products (email, calendar, documents, etc.). • Ability to quickly adapt to new online tools and systems. • Capacity to work independently while managing deadlines and adapting to a flexible schedule. • Access to necessary technology including a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam. • Eligibility to work in the U.S. and reside in an approved state. Qualifications • Must possess a current Oregon teaching certification. • Experience in non-traditional educational programs is a plus.

Compensation
