Data Entry & Management:

Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to provide insightful guidance to clients. -
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the client experience. -
Reporting & Analytics:
Utilize analytical skills to evaluate client feedback and performance metrics, developing recommendations for improvement initiatives. -
Training & Development:
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and best practices for client service. *Requirements:** -
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. -
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus. -
