Online K-12 Tutors: Licensed Teachers Needed (Remote)

Position Overview: Brainfuse is seeking licensed teachers to join our team of dedicated tutors. In this role, you will provide real-time, remote assistance to students across various K-12 subjects, delivering high-quality, interactive sessions to enhance their understanding and academic performance in a range of subjects. Applicants must hold a valid U.S. Teaching License or Educator Certificate. We have a high demand for tutors in the following subjects: Language Arts: K-12 Reading, K-12 Writing Mathematics: K-12 Math, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, Calculus, Statistics Science: K-12 Science, Biology... Microbiology, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physics, Earth Science, Environmental Science Social Studies: History, Government, Canadian History Business: Accounting, Economics, Finance Languages: Spanish, French Responsibilities: Deliver real-time, interactive tutoring sessions across a broad range of K-12 subjects to students. Help students understand and apply key concepts and skills relevant to their grade level and subject area. Adapt sessions to address individual learning needs and ensure effective comprehension. Provide live assistance through our online virtual whiteboard using text, audio, and video. Requirements: Bachelors degree or higher in Education, a specific subject area (such as Mathematics, Science, English), or a related field; proof of education required. Previous experience tutoring or teaching K-12 students in relevant subjects is preferred. Strong knowledge and understanding of the subjects you will be tutoring. Personal computer with a fast and stable internet connection, along with a reliable microphone and webcam for interactive online sessions. Compensation: Regular On-Demand Tutoring Sessions: $17 per hour Prearranged High Dosage Tutoring Sessions: ELA: $22 per hour, Math: $25 per hour Additional Incentives: Tutors who regularly participate in high dosage tutoring sessions may qualify for extra incentives.
