Proven track record of successfully implementing operational readiness plans Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational readiness plans to ensure smooth operations 2. Conduct training sessions for employees on new processes and procedures 3. Monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational objectives are met 5. Analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements 6. Create reports and presentations to communicate operational performance 7.
